Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

An order is accepted when we confirm payment by email. Stock availability is confirmed at that point; if an item becomes unavailable we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

Salon visits

Service prices shown on this site are a guide. Final pricing depends on hair length, density and colour history, and is confirmed at your consultation before any work begins.

To arrange a visit, call or message the salon. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel a time we have set aside for you.

Returns

See our shipping and returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of this website

Content on this site — including photography, copy and branding — belongs to Dé. Oscar Hairdresser and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to use this site in any way that interferes with its operation or with other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
