What we collect

When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant a delivery address and any notes you add about your hair.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your card information directly from your browser.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, to send transactional emails such as receipts, to respond to enquiries, and to keep records required for tax and accounting. If you opt in, we also send occasional marketing email — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, our hosting and database providers, and delivery carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function: keeping you signed in and remembering the contents of your bag between visits. These are set as httpOnly and are not used for advertising.

Your rights
